What are we looking for?

We are seeking an AI Product Engineer to drive the next iteration of an AI-powered customer response system. The system automates quote generation for equipment enquiries, and we need someone who can improve its intelligence over time - making it smarter about availability, pricing, and customer context.

This is a hands-on role that blends data engineering, experimentation, and AI/LLM skills. You will work closely with business stakeholders, run iterative experiments, and continuously refine the system based on feedback and data. The ideal candidate is curious, pragmatic, structured in their thinking, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
