About the role
Join our Pay Later team as a Product Manager to own key product areas including EMI, digital lending, and merchant payments across Pine Labs' in-store platform.
What you'll do
Identify and build AI-native workflows using agents, MCP integrations, and LLM-powered tools to shorten cycle times and unlock new product capabilities.
Own and drive the Pay Later product roadmap — including offer engines, settlement systems, lender integrations, and merchant payment interfaces.
Write detailed PRDs, define use cases, and document edge cases for complex payment and lending flows using advanced AI workflows.
Collaborate across engineering, business, and operations teams to deliver features at scale — managing trade-offs and resolving blockers.
Lead discussions with banks, NBFCs, and OEM partners to ensure smooth onboarding and go-lives.
Analyze product and transaction data to guide decisions, monitor adoption, and identify issues.
