Position Overview

What You’ll Do Design and maintain realistic AI buyer personas aligned to the client's solutions, customer segments, industries, and competitive landscape Analyze customer conversations (via Clari Copilot), win/loss data, competitive intelligence, and field feedback to continuously refine simulations Design scenario-based learning experiences paired with structured scorecards that measure seller proficiency against defined competencies and business outcomes Build and maintain competitive simulations across key EUC and adjacent competitors Ensure all AI personas reflect authentic buying committees, including economic buyers, technical evaluators, security stakeholders, procurement, and executive sponsors What We’re Looking For 7+ years in enterprise software sales, sales engineering, enablement, product marketing, or a related customer-facing role Experience in EUC, SaaS, or adjacent enterprise infrastructure technologies Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Challenger, Value Selling, or similar ...
