We’re looking for an experienced AI Solutions Developer to join a growing technology team delivering advanced AI capabilities within a large, structured enterprise environment.

This role is suited to someone who combines strong engineering capability with a commercial, delivery-focused mindset, someone who understands how to build practical, scalable solutions that operate within real-world constraints, not just experimental or startup-style environments.

This is not a training role. We need someone who has been here before, who has built production-grade AI solutions in a regulated enterprise environment, knows the problems that come up, and knows how to work around them. If you're 3–6 months into delivering something similar right now, this is the role for you.
