The Gen AI Engineer designs and refines AI-generated prompts using advanced LLMs such as GPT-4 and BERT, supporting validation cycles and applying NLP/ML techniques to evaluate and optimize model performance. They collaborate with senior leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business objectives, while clearly communicating technical insights to non-technical audiences.
