Role Description: Manitoba is seeking an AI Solution Architect resource to work with business areas to identify opportunities where artificial intelligence, automation, and agent-based solutions can improve service delivery, reduce manual effort, or support better decision-making. The resource will be expected to engage directly with business users to understand needs, document requirements in plain language, assess whether AI is an appropriate solution, and design, build, test, and support practical solutions that meet Manitobas operational, privacy, security, and technology standards. The resource should have experience translating business problems into working AI-enabled solutions, with most solutions expected to be developed using Microsoft Copilot Studio, agents, and related Microsoft 365 and Azure capabilities.
