You will support the development and execution of the organisation's AI strategy and roadmap, working closely with senior stakeholders to identify, prioritise and oversee enterprise AI initiatives. Acting as the bridge between business and technology teams, you will ensure AI programmes are aligned with organisational priorities, delivered effectively and governed within technology risk and regulatory frameworks. You will also contribute to AI governance policies, interpret relevant frameworks such as IM8, and promote AI adoption through stakeholder engagement, training and awareness initiatives.

You have experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, programme or portfolio management, with a background in financial services or Singapore's public sector. Exposure to one of these sectors is essential, as is an understanding of operating within regulated environments.
