Technical Lead – AI Generative Systems

Role within a key client in the tourism sector. Hybrid format with two days per week on‑site near Adolfo Suárez airport.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and evolve generative AI systems (agentic and RAG) in production.
• Integrate models and agents with platforms and business systems.
• Act as senior technical reference, providing architectural insight and best practices to other teams and the business.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in designing agentic systems: implement in production with multi‑agent orchestration, complex flow execution, state and memory management.
• Robust integration of corporate tools and APIs with operational reliability criteria.
• Experience applying context protocols/standards such as MCP/A2A.
• Experience in Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) at scale: document ingestion (parsing, cleaning, metad...
