AI is changing how software gets built, fast, and we'd rather shape that than watch it happen. We're building our AI practice now, across the work we do for clients and the way we build internally, and we want someone to own it end to end.

This isn't a strategy-deck role. You'll shape the vision for AI transformation across the business, set the technical agenda, and then actually build the thing. You'll be hands on with LLM APIs and agentic coding tools, and you'll be the person who gets the rest of the team building that way too.

What you'll do
