Air Conditioning Engineer - (Exeter)

£35,000 - £45,000 + Van + Fuel Card + Overtime + Call‑Out + bonus + medical

Permanent | Full‑Time | Mobile Role

We're looking for experienced Air Conditioning Engineers to support a busy portfolio of retail stores amongst other sites across the South West of England. Ideally looking for someone located in or around the Exeter area. This is a mobile role carrying out PPM, reactive maintenance, fault‑finding and minor repairs on a range of commercial AC systems. Any experience with cellar coolers and refrigeration would be a welcome bonus.

The Role

• Service, maintenance and repair of AC systems
• VRV/VRF, splits, multi‑splits, some AHUs and FCUs
• Diagnosing faults and completing first‑time fixes
• Working independently across a regional patch
• Completing compliance paperwork and job reports
• Participating in a call‑out rota (enhanced rates)
