Job Title Air Conditioning Service Coordinator
Responsibilities - Coordinate electrical and HVAC installation, maintenance and repair projects for residential/commercial clients.
- Supervise technicians and ensure work complies with SS 638 and EMA safety standards.
- Liaise with customers, consultants and suppliers on technical specs, quotations and service schedules.
- Review electrical drawings and prepare service reports, invoices in system.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical/electronics faults and provide technical solutions.
- Handle customer enquiries and after-service support via phone/email.
Requirements - Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 8 years experience in electrical/electronics, HVAC or facilities coordination.
