We are seeking an experienced Air-Conditioning Servicing Trainer to conduct training programmes for technicians, apprentices, and learners in HVAC and air-conditioning servicing. The trainer will deliver classroom and practical hands-on training, assess learner competency, and support the development of technical training materials and certification programmes.

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery

• Conduct classroom and practical training on: Air-conditioning fundamentals & HVAC systems

Practical Training

• Demonstrate servicing procedures

Assessment & Evaluation

• Conduct practical and written assessments.
• Evaluate learner competency and provide feedback.
• Maintain assessment records and attendance.

Industry & Technical Support

• Keep training materials updated with industry standards.
