Job Scope

– Attend to customers’ inquiry

– Prepare and process Air Export booking request

– Arrange for collection of cargo at customers’ premise

– Provide booking confirmation and flight details to customers

– Mange customers’ expectations and complaints

– Correspond with overseas offices on shipment status and inquiries

– Verify invoices from vendor

– Prepare customers’ report

Requirement

– Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel

– Able to manage assigned responsibilities independently and deliver work with minimal supervision.

– Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to perform job-related duties.

– Able to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and take ownership of assigned tasks.

– Prior work experience in this industry is not required, but will be at advantage
