Job description: 1. Engage and focus on approved service providers to serve our customers primarily on air export and air import trucking arrangements. 2. Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow 3. Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system 4. Ensure accurate and timely client and vendors billings. 5. Ensure delivery of freight and timely clearance when applicable. 6. Interact with customers in arranging their shipments to meet customers service standards. 7. Contribute and maintain good relationships with suppliers. 8. Meet compliance at all times. 9. Network communications, timely responses to emails and requests. 10. Meet KPI standards in accordance with Company policy. 11. Understand customers procedures and maintain updated internal DLSOPs. - Open to all fresh graduate in logistic and experienced in freight agent candidates. - Mandarin-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply
