Position Overview
We are looking for a person who has an understanding of PNR Creation, Issuance, Reissuance, Changes/Cancellation, Rescheduling and a good knowledge on GDS. This dynamic position requires a blend of customer service excellence and revenue generation acumen. Roles & Responsibilities β’ Handle the end-to-end ticketing process, including PNR Creation, Issuance, Re-issuance, refunds and cancellation β’ Execute changes, rescheduling and modification as per customer requirements β’ Coordinated effectively with airlines and customers over the phone β’ Provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues Requirements: β’ Possess in-depth knowledge of GDS systems, specifically Galileo and sabre β’ Demonstrate proficiency in managing both international and domestic ticketing operations β’ Strong understanding of city codes, airport codes, and airline hubs. β’ Excellent communication skill in both written and verbal formats β’ Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights a...
