** An opportunity for a combat operations financial business partner has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid).
*RESPONSABILITIES
**Main activities
** Setting of yearly financial objectives and their monitoring during the year, anticipating risks and opportunities and advising the areas in order to achieve the targets and contribute to Combat profit and loss accounts (KPIs: P&L, Cost Base, Workload, Headcount, Hourly Rate, Productivity, Headcount).
* Preparing relevant financial information and assessing the decision making.
* Leading OP and Forecasts processes, following the company guidelines and translating into operative plannings for short and long term.
Consolidation of productive hours volume, evolution analysis, headcount dimensioning needs, calculation of impacts to Combat.
