            Job Details  $2500++ (Negotiable with commission) 
5 days, 9.00am to 6.00pm 
Location: Bedok North 
 Roles & Responsibilities  To sell aircon related soft services, hard services, consulting and projects 
To understand the current Aircon Management market, and the future Aircon Management model 
To understand and propose a viable pricing model to ensure profitability and win-win 
To formulate short term, mid term and long term strategy, drive sales activities and acquisition of new business 
To develop sales master plan 
To find potential new customers and convert them into customers 
To conduct cold calls and face to face meeting with customers 
Customer relationship management to ensure customers’ satisfaction
