Position Overview

            Job Responsibilities  Handle day-to-day operational tasks related to air export documentation 
Check daily flight uplifts and arrange shipment bookings with airlines or agents 
Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, local service providers, and contractors 
Input shipment details into the system and send pre-alerts to overseas counterparts 
Prepare and issue billing documents 
Assist with other ad-hoc duties as assigned 
 Requirements  Minimum qualification: GCE N Level or equivalent 
No prior experience required; training will be provided 
Basic PC literacy and familiar with Microsoft Office tools
