Compiling relevant rates for agents and local customers Do estimate and send via CW1 to customer (import, export, cross trade and all Inco terms) Possess a good understanding of import/export procedures. Handle customer queries regarding the estimate done. Handle some forwarding aspects on selected shipments. Requirements 2–3 years in airfreight estimating/operations.
