Position Overview

            Job Description  Industry/ Organization Type: Freight Forwarding/ Warehousing 
Position Title: Airfreight Operations Executive  
Working Location: Changi Cargo Complex 
Working Hours: Mon to Fri (9am – 6pm), Alternate Sat (9am – 1pm) 
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus  
Duration: Permanent 
 Key Responsibilities  Manage daily air freight import and export operations. 
Liaise with airlines, agents, transport providers, and customs authorities. 
Prepare shipping documents including AWB, permits, and import/export declarations. 
Track cargo movements and ensure shipments are delivered on schedule. 
Communicate shipment updates with customers and vendors. 
Handle booking arrangements and secure cargo space with airlines. 
Ensure adherence to Dangerous Goods (DG) and airfreight regulatory requirements.
