What You’ll Do

+ Install, configure, and service residential alarm and security systems

+ Troubleshoot and repair existing systems, including upgrades and reprogramming

+ Work with fire and carbon monoxide detection systems, security networks, CCTV, and smart home automation solutions

+ Test system signals and ensure proper communication with monitoring centers

+ Educate customers on how their systems work and provide exceptional in-home service

+ Follow established installation and service procedures for wired and wireless technologies
