POSITION: Parking Maintenance

This position follows all provisions of the SMART/UTU TD collective bargaining agreement.
REPORTS TO: Parking Services Manager

AIRPORT: Albany International Airport
SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Parking Services Manager, the incumbent is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of all the public and private parking lots at the Albany International Airport. This position may require occasional overtime, with evening and weekend shift work. Duties and assignments may be changed periodically.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following; Other duties may be assigned.
+ Responds to reports of malfunctioning equipment. Performs minor repairs and maintenance.
