Join our team as a machinist in Pori. This full‑time, long‑term position starts in August as a temporary role through WorkPower, with the goal of permanent employment with the client company. The role is ideal for newcomers but also welcomes more experienced machinists, emphasizing enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual turning work using basic machining skills.
• Gradually take on CNC machining with Heidenhain controls under experienced guidance.
• Participate in sheet metal work, grinding, milling and operating other machines.
• Show initiative and a willingness to learn new tasks across the workshop.
• Maintain accurate and careful work standards and contribute to a professional team environment.

Qualifications

• Education in machining or a related field.
• Some industry experience, particularly with basic manual turning.
