Key Responsibilities:
• Manage user support and training for GTMS timesheet system
• Ensure timely weekly timesheet reviews for data accuracy
• Facilitate bi-monthly timesheet consolidation for invoicing
• Supervise invoicing preparation and contractual compliance
• Create and implement standardized financial reports and templates
