Responsibilities

• CNC machining
• CNC production supervision
• Aluminum profile fabrication
• Precision cutting machines
• CNC programming knowledge or machine setup exposure
• Reading fabrication drawings and controlling tolerances
• Production planning and manpower handling in a CNC machining environment
• Quality control of machined aluminum components

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in metal fabrication or a related field is highly preferred.
• Possession of relevant certifications in welding, safety (e.g., OSHA), or fabrication techniques is a significant advantage.
• Proven experience in the aluminum fabrication industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of materials and processes.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in aluminum fabrication, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
