BBYO is seeking an experienced Alumni Engagement professional to lead the implementation and management of the Alumni Mentorship Program. You will cultivate relationships with alumni mentors, speakers, and volunteers, coordinate micro-grant programs, and develop scalable systems for engagement across communities.

In this role you will track engagement metrics, execute communications across email and social platforms, and support BBYO's teen leadership initiatives.
