**This is a combo Litigation (employment defense & commercial litigation) AND transactional (advising employers, workplace investigations, drafting employee handbooks).


Attorney Billables: 1800-1850 per year

Requirements

+ Licensed Attorney in California

+ 6 months-10 years of litigation experience

+ ABA-approved law school
