Position Summary:

The AM/PM Cook oversees daily food preparation and kitchen operations in accordance with federal, state, and facility regulations. This role ensures meals are prepared and served safely, timely, and according to residents’ dietary needs. The Cook Supervisor leads dietary staff during assigned shifts, monitors food quality and sanitation, and supports the Dietary Manager with kitchen organization and compliance.
