Amazon Connect Engineer / Consultant (fully remote)

Location: Open for candidates based in United Kingdom, BENELUX, Spain, Poland and Hungary.

Role Overview

The Amazon Connect Engineer is responsible for hands-on development, configuration, and enhancement of Amazon Connect and related AWS services for a multinational organization. This role demands strong technical proficiency, the ability to operate independently, and experience delivering on complex Connect engagements.

Key Responsibilities

•Own hands-on development and configuration within Amazon Connect

• Build and optimize call flows, routing logic, contact flows, and integrations

• Develop serverless components with Lambda, using TypeScript/JavaScript

• Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform or AWS CDK

• Collaborate with L6 architect to implement best practices, reusable modules, and secure patterns
