Restaurant Manager - Hands-On and Ambitious
We are looking for an engaged and ambitious Restaurant Manager who wants to take a key role in a dynamic and high-paced restaurant.
This is a role for someone who thrives on being present in the restaurant, leading the team on the floor, while also handling the essential administrative tasks that ensure seamless operations. About 80% of the position will be operational, while 20% is administrative.
Evenings, weekends, and a high level of presence are expected - this is not an office role, but one for a leader who loves the pulse of the restaurant.
