Role overview

We're seeking an exceptional commercial leader to drive our growth strategy for the Seedcare & Biologicals Business Unit across Africa Middle East (AME). This role offers the opportunity to Shape the Future of Sustainable Agriculture, impact food security and agricultural innovation while leading a high-performing team toward ambitious growth targets.

The key objectives of the role include but not limited to:

• Define Seedcare and Biologicals Commercial Unit (CU) ambition and strategy, and drive implementation
• Drive acceleration of our differentiated 5YP growth strategy for Seedcare and Biologicals 
• Responsible for the Seedcare & Biologicals portfolio strategy development to secure existing business, develop new markets and unmet opportunities that will deliver new levels of performance and benefits to growers
