As an AML & Financial Crime Escalations Specialist in our KYC team, you lead critical reviews of escalated customer relationships and help us make clear, risk-based decisions that meet regulatory expectations. You analyze complex information from multiple sources, document outcomes with strong narratives, and bring stakeholders together to drive cases to resolution within service level agreements.
