Position Overview
Coordinate daily fulfilment operations, including order processing, inventory management, and shipment tracking.Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Logistics) to resolve fulfilment issues and ensure customer satisfaction.Monitor and report fulfilment KPIs (., order accuracy, turnaround time, delivery performance).Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation of best practices.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.Assist in training and onboarding new fulfilment staff.Support system updates and digital transformation initiatives related to fulfilment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.1–3 years’ experience in fulfilment, operations, or logistics.Strong organizational and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office and fulfilment/order management systems.Pro...
