Requirements:

• MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Anaesthesiology (MD/DM in Anaesthesia).
  
• Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) and state medical council.
  
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on clinical experience in anesthesia delivery in a hospital or surgical center.
  
• Proficiency in managing anesthesia machines, monitoring equipment, and emergency airway management.
  
• Strong understanding of pharmacology, physiology, and pain management principles.
  
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and teamwork skills in fast-paced clinical environments.
  
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call duties as required.
