MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS
- Support Latin American (LAM) subsidiaries by maintaining effective communication between Regional Headquarter and Global Headquarter;
- Monitor internal financial procedures to ensure strict compliance with internal corporate policies;
- Oversee corporate governance management across the Latin America (LAM) region;
- Track and review Financial Statements submissions from LAM countries;
- Review and submit Dividend proposals to Global Headquarter for approval after External Audit Completion;
- Review and analyze general contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate risks (Agency agreement, Office Lease, Sub-agents, Company's articles of association, Corporate Acquisitions etc.);
- Prepare and present financial reports to the Board of Directors to support strategic decision-making.
