Responsibilities

• Support AP month-end close and reconciliation processes.
• Prepare journal entries and assist in audit documentation.
• Maintain compliance with financial policies and controls.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve AP discrepancies.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Follow up with suppliers
• Corporate – Company/vendor compliance locally
• Banks
• Prepare information for monthly provisional payments – Taxes
• Accounts payable
• Handle local audits
• AP and bank reconciliations

Minimum Qualifications

• Intermediate Excel – Pivots, etc. • bachelor's in accounting
• Experience in Accounts payable
