• Apoiar o acompanhamento de KPIs e metas do programa.
• Consolidar e validar informações reportadas pelos times Globais e Zonas.
• Preparar análises periódicas de performance.
• Garantir consistência e integridade dos dados reportados.
• Identificar e implementar melhorias e automações nos processos de acompanhamento e reporting.
