Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a junior accountant.
• Soft skills: good communication, problem‐solving, strong work ethic, teamwork, accountability, customer‐service orientation, resilience and adaptability.
• Technical skills: financial statement literacy (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) at intermediate level, knowledge of finance processes, intermediate MS Office (PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with SAP, advanced Excel, advanced numerical skills.
Responsibilities
Accurate and timely completion of the month‐end close including accruals and reporting aligned with company accounting policy, GAAP, and SOX regulations; maintain accruals and forecasts in core financial systems (SAP and OneStream).
Provide financial analysis to support business goals for net sales, EBIT and cash flow, including margin analysis, COGS analysis, marketing and SG&A ROI.
