Ensure the smooth operation, maintenance and optimization of business-critical applications. This role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting and administration of software applications to ensure they meet user needs, function efficiently and align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Experience in adminisrting user access and permissions.
• Experience in monitoring the performance and availability of applications.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolve application-related incidents and service requests.
• Experience in preparing amp maintaining the documentation for applications including user manuals, troubleshooting guides and system configurations.

Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
