Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Analyst, Application Technology located in Prai, Penang.
What a typical day looks like:
Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments and well verse on mobile phone operating system such as IOS and Android.
Knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers, scanners and etc.
Knowledge of windows security patching and anti-virus programs.
Excellent windows OS problem-solving and multitasking skills.
To support daily technical support activities for desktop, laptop , network management and mobile phones.
Manage the IT hardware inventory with focus on driving the overall budget.
Ensure product is complete and attain customer’s requirements along with functions properly.
