• A degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field (minimum average of 80%)
• 0-3 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical teams
