**Overall Job Summary**

This role is responsible for conducting analysis, measuring impacts, and making recommendations in support of our customer loyalty program and other Marketing initiatives. This includes identifying opportunities and answering business questions related to our loyalty customers and their shopping behavior.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)**

+ Support the Email Marketing Manager in the day-to-day execution of email, SMS, and lifecycle campaigns within Bloomreach CDP.
+ Build, QA, schedule, and deploy CRM campaigns, including promotional sends, triggered campaigns, refill and reorder communications, autoship communications, winback campaigns, and customer lifecycle journeys.
+ Create and maintain customer segments using behavioral, transactional, product, prescription, autoship, and engagement data.
