The Analyst, Customer Intelligence (Data Management & Analytics) collects demographic, geographic, financial, transactional, and psychological information of the customer database needed to design and define customer’s profiles.

Leverages SQL & PowerBI to develop reports needed for the implemented strategies that resulted from the insight discovered as part of the customer intelligence exercise. Maintains and ensures the accuracy of all data and statistical information used on files and reports developed. This position is hybrid and is based in our Oriental Center facility in San Juan, PR.


MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Designs and develops the layout and format of input and/or output files that will make up the customer data platform and all other related applications of the customer intelligence ecosystem.
