**Job Description**

The UMGEA – Global Analytics team is seeking an Analyst to support the Merchant Onboarding Analytics portfolio. This role will leverage advanced analytics to drive insights across the end-to-end merchant onboarding journey by designing, developing, and scaling analytics solutions and data products. The Analyst will analyze onboarding performance, merchant risk profiles, financial crime prevention, operational efficiency, and product capabilities across global markets to identify trends, quantify business opportunities, and influence strategic decision making.

The role will partner closely with Merchant Onboarding, Servicing, and Technology teams to translate complex business questions into scalable analytical solutions, deliver actionable insights, and enable data-driven decision making.
