**Summary****Responsabilities**- Learn customer business processes and gain an understanding of all data sources in order to accurately support post-production issues- Assists in system maintenance requests and works as a back up to administer data access security rights to users of ERP- Assist in installation of ERP upgrades including subsequent upgrades for security patches- Suggests ERP maintenance improvements and works as backup coordinator of daily/weekly/period routines and automation of processes as needed- Maintains updated documentation of all reconciliation types, scripts, SFTP/FTP, data storage, and server maintenance- Ensures data sources for new bots (or modifications to existing bots' sources) are updated in our Disaster Recovery Plans for ERP.
