The Analyst, Global Benefits job assists in the benchmarking, design and communication of the organization's benefits programs. Working under limited supervision, this job helps to administer employee benefit offerings in adherence to related regulations.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**

+ Assists in drafting benefit program designs, ensuring the new programs meet both internal equity standards and external market competitiveness.
+ Drafts reports on external market benchmarking, benefits utilization and cost analysis.
+ Participates in the implementation of new benefits programs and the administration of current benefits programs to ensure employees have timely access to and relevant information on available benefit offerings.
+ Reviews benefits reporting on a consistent basis to ensure accurate reporting in the company’s human resources information system (HRIS), and notifies senior management of any reporting errors or concerns.
