Our Global Investment Banking division provides underwriting of equity and debt capital as well as strategic M&A advisory services for leading corporations, institutions and governments throughout North America and around the world. The Financial Institutions Group (FIG) team based in Toronto is seeking an Analyst to join this market‑leading franchise.

What will you do?

• Evaluate and analyze the financial needs of corporate clients, including developing and maintaining complex financial models
• Support transaction structuring and execution efforts, with increasing levels of responsibility and accountability over time
