Analyst

We are seeking an Analyst to join our real estate investment team. This role will support underwriting, portfolio analysis, and business development initiatives across our single-family rental platform.

This is a highly analytical role with exposure to both investment decision-making and growth strategy, ideal for someone early in their career looking to build a strong foundation in real estate investing.

Responsibilities

• Support underwriting and financial analysis for new investment opportunities, partnerships, and business development initiatives (cash flow, yield, IRR, scenario modeling)
• Partner with Business Development and Investment teams to evaluate new opportunities, including builder relationships, portfolio deals, and strategic partnerships
• Analyze portfolio performance across key metrics including occupancy, rent growth, expenses, and NOI
