*Location*: Hershey, PA * Department*: HRSD * Summary of Role*: The HR Data & Org Management Specialist is responsible for ensuring high-quality HR data management while driving data-informed decision making through advanced analysis, reporting, and self-service enablement. This role owns end-to-end organizational design processes, including scenario modeling and execution of organizational events across systems such as SuccessFactors and OrgVue.
