Human Resources Operations
Implements HR services ensuring compliance with EDC's human resource policies, guidelines, and procedures for consistent application.
Assists and provides inputs in the development of the overall human resources annual work programs and activities.
Collaborates with HR Advisers on aligning the business goals for efficient delivery of human resources services.
EMPLOYMENT PLANNING
● Assists in manpower capacity planning and validation of the required full-time equivalent (FTE) by validating requests for additional manpower from proponents to ensure accurate planning and forecasting.
